What is Boiler Plus?
Boiler Plus is legislation that sets minimum standards for new boiler installations in England. Here is what you need to know in plain English:
Minimum Efficiency
New combi boilers must have a minimum ErP efficiency of 92%. This means at least 92p of every GBP1 spent on gas goes directly to heating your home.
Most modern boilers we install achieve 93-94% efficiency.
Energy-Saving Measure
You must also have at least one of these energy-saving measures installed with your new combi boiler:
